I have these beautiful lamp work beads

by Grace Beads.

It is a bit of a stretch for this months challenge.

But I think they work.

Just using the two colors and the graphic

elements for this bracelet and earrings.

I liked this image the most for my inspiration.

Serendipity strikes 

for this months challenge.

I was given a broken bracelet and 

asked to make it into a pair of earrings.

Spot on for this months Challenge.

I used Antique copper findings with

her orange and amber Bi-cone 

Swarovski beads and 

Antique brass metal spacers.

Done and Done!

A Tea Baby Shower and A Wedding

 My friend Genelle  held a Baby shower Tea party

for our friend Twylah's second baby.

A small intimate affair at the Holly Hotel.

So I got busy making some favors for the guests

and presents for the baby.

 I made 16 tea cups using the Sizzix die

Stamped them with various Verve sentiments.

And 16 place cards , 

Genelle had the pleasure of writing

 the names of the guests on them.

 Made 16 pairs of earrings. Loaded them with mint

M&Ms and mini pink Chocolate balls.
And an organic green tea bag.

This is how they looked liked with  the table setting. 

A gift card box was made from a photo keeper box.

 Had fun making my first card in a box card.

 Made a banner with the babies name

I also decorated a mirror frame with

 big sis and little sis's 

initials on it with  a place to insert photos 

of the girls.

So I have been a little busy 

and I wasn't able to join 

in some of the challenges

 I normally like to.

But it's all good just as long as I am creating.

I also had a friend get married on the same day

as the Baby shower. She already knew I couldn't come.

While I was sharing what I had been doing..

she saw the card box and mentioned

 she still needed one.

This is what I made for her.

The metal ribbon slide  says "together".

I also was given the privileged of making

jewelry to go with the dress she was wearing.

Then I gifted her with a bracelet and earrings.

She was very pleased.

 Yummy Strawberries are this months inspiration.

I went for a very literal interpretation 

and this is what I came up with:

 Baby Strawberries

 Who knew I had these charms?

Originally antique silver..

just added a bit of Alcohol inks.

I really need make this type of 

Card for a friend. 

Who is in need of some down time.

My approach to creating this card  was different

 this time from my norm 

of coloring to match the paper.

I went ahead and colored her ahead of time

along with some other 

stamped images on Saturday.

To be used for Mojo Mondays and what not.

So now to dig for papers

 to go with the little MFT girl.

I had fun pulling it all together.

Retired Papers..must be at least 

10 years old.

What am I hoarding them for, just use them!

Last nights creation for this week's 

Mojo Monday Sketch.

After a good night's sleep

I decided it need a few  embellishments.

Verve stamp, Spellbinders die, Glitz Papers.

And I flipped the banner strips.

That's what I get for trying to memorize

 the sketch with the few brain cells I have left.
