Bead Soup Party ~ The Reveal

Video feed no longer available

Soups On! Connie from Cheetah Cheese Chatter sent plenty of ingredients for the Bead Soup Party! There was plenty to choose from. And many directions I could of gone. I have lot's of ingredients left over too. What I did end up choosing to use was for this choker style necklace in addtion to the required use focal and clasp that was sent...was the turquoise chip beads and some of the round turquoise beads, the glass leaves, the red jasper beads, the copper bells and the copper beads in addtion to the copper wire she sent and copper jump rings along with the earring wires...which I am pretty sure were hand made by her.  Then I added some pomegranate pearls, crystals, teal pearls, various copper charms and beads. I had alot of fun with this even though I lost a week of being able to create. I am grateful to our hostess Lori for the open invitation to play. If you have some time..... why not check out the others who participated in the Bead Soup Party!

Terri,
Wow...what a stunning piece! I love the combination of colors, as well as the shiny with the more earthy! Your slideshow is a GREAT idea (and enjoyed the music while I visited!).

This is a beautifully constructed piece, so ethnic in it's style. I also love the way you attached the focal to the necklace.

I love this! It's incredibly creative without subtracting from the main focal. Each section enhances that wonderful focal! Great job on putting it all together so beautifully!
