Baby Boy Minni book

UPDATE 3/25/10

It needed a few more things... some ribbons and a charm.

Now all it needs are some photos of a baby boy.

Well, it's been a several months since Deb and I were able to have one of our Artistic Fridays. But this past Friday was open for both of us and we took advantage of it. I have been indugent ...ok nutty.... in making up for many years of not buying Sizzix dies. Deb I joke about making a "haul" video. Who knows we  still may do it and you all can laugh along with us. Can't wait till all the Tim Hotz dies will be available. It has been frustrating for me to try arder these for my customers. They keep changing the dates of when they will be available. Oh well.
I did get the one with the Tim Holtz Sizzix flourishes and Gwendolyn if you read this I cut some out for your Tag. Just trying to decide if it is the best fit for the over all look. In addition to working on that project for Gwendolyn. We spent the day cutting out shapes and letters for future projects and some other things. Deb is working on some really unique minni book kits. She has some amazing items that are just not common place. Me not so much but I am going to put some kit's together for sale and see how it goes.
So here is a peak at the little baby boy minni photo book I'm working on. It's mostly done but I'm sure I can find a few more things to kick it up a notch.

My kit so far will have the shape of the overalls cut out of mat board and all the different papers to match cut out in the overalls shape too, postage stamp frames, the letters that spell out boy, the 3 baby boy tickets and some velum sayings. This is my prototype so there are things on this one that won't be in the future kit ....soon to be sold in my Etsy shop. This one is very simple and clean looking. I mean no additional distressing or antiquing. Anyway it's a work in progress.
