Black and Teal Bracelet

For this bracelet I used
some of the clay beads form my stash.
Similar to the ones I sent to my bead soup partner.
Pairing it up with  some glass, ceramic
 and metal beads.
And then accenting it with a chain tassel.
It has a nice weight  and feel to it.
And I'm please as to how it turned out.

Bead Soup ~ Swapped

This year Lori has paired me up with Pamela DeBoer.
Who actually lives in the neighboring state of Wisconsin.
A self proclaimed "artsy craftsy " person.
Check out her blog and website to learn more about Pam.
Pictured below is the lovely Soup Pamela sent to me.
Thank You so Much Pam.!
It's Fantastic!
I'm ready for the challenge!
Soup I sent to Pamela
So now that are soup has been swapped.
Now it's time to get our creative juices flowing
and see what we can create!

Published Part II

Yeah I made it in for a second time.
So exciting!!!
It's a fantastic issue with so many creative
jewelry pieces and inspiration.
I encourage you to pick up a copy or down load it.
Fortunately the bracelet I did fit Interweaves outline
for the High voltage category. (Bight colors)
I really like what the other designers did.
Using that bright yellow was a personal challenge for sure!
So that will be it for me for awhile.
Got the Lori Anderson's
7th Bead Soup blog hop coming up.
And a very busy next three months.
So I didn't submit anything for the Summer issue.
I was glad I had the time when I did to submit
a few of my jewelry pieces.
It was a lot of fun  and I enjoyed the challenge.

Maybe I'll get to making something for the fall.
We'll see.
Thanks for stopping by.

Shovelin' the Snow!

Here are his boots he had to have.
Here is just one of his many winter jackets.
Let's see what is hubby is wearing to shovel 8" deep snow.
With the temperature only 25 degrees outside.
No boots or jacket...
Just Sneakers, Sweats and a T-shirt
Oh but he has his gloves on.
He cracks me up!
